Team Building

Are you looking for a way to bring your workplace together as a team? Well then look no further. Rock climbing is a fantastic way to form good relationships with other work colleagues.

Picture this; you have a fellow work mate hanging by a harness, at the top of an 11.5 metre wall, you’re clipped onto the other end of the rope, the only thing between them and a 11.5 metre drop is you…Of course the gym is fully supervised by our professional, trained staff guiding you step by step through the entire climbing session.

Indoor climbing exercises skills such as trust, communication and decision making; skills important to the work place.

School Groups-

Urban Ascent can provide schools with a one off lesson, or a four week course, depending on the students needs. We can also work together to tailor programmes depending on the age of the students and the amount of children in the group.

The benefits of climbing for school students are numerous. It develops self esteem, problem solving and communicating as well as being a great form of exercise. We also offer discount rates for school groups of 10 or more.

We offer a special school rate unmatched by our competition.
